Look-ahead bias不区别“历史数据”或者“未来数据”。
systematically这个词说明了是系统性地使得某些数据不可获得。

但是本题的语句仍然是矛盾的。历史数据，却在test date不可得，这不是奇怪的事情吗？？未来的数据不可得也是合理的。

想要研究的数据“不可得”这里细究起来肯定是相对的，对于想研究的人来说，不可得，对于数据的产出者，往往是可以得到的，比如政府拥有大量的数据，但这些数据不是研究人员可以随随便便申请可以得到的。
