P/E基于可比数据是指这里的P是市场价格，市场价格是已经存在的价格，所以是historical data。
law of one price是说一价定律。在这里应用为对于两个相同行业规模类似的可比公司，他们的P/E应该是差不多的，由于可以判断高估和低估。
而基于基本面的P/E的P是用GGM model算出的内在价值。因此会用到future expectation。
