题目让我们求的是discount margin. 贴现率差 discount  margin 是 discount  rate 的一部分，discount  rate=reference  rate+discount margin.  那就等于我们折现率减去参考利率，所以此题的关键点在于先求出discount rate.

这道题的公式见下面第一张图，实际上分子求的就是 coupon，分母中(index+DM)/m 就是折现率。我们即可把他当成一个普通的折现求和公式。
其中公式中：index=reference rate, QM=quoted margin, DM=discount margin。 
他们的关系：Coupon rate = reference rate + quoted margin；Discount rate = reference rate+discount margin。带入题目中数字（第二张图）即可求出。
