视频里的解法是直接将每一期现金流直接折现到t=10这个时间点，而第一笔现金流发生的时间点在t=1时刻，这中间有9期，所以是9次方。
而你说的第二种方法是用BA II计算器的CF功能，CF0表示的是t=0当下的PV，折现10期是因为离得t=10有10期
