Covenant 合约里面的条款，是一些比较具体的内容。是规定债券持有人的权利，发行人的义务以及禁止做的一些行为的条款。（Covenants are clauses that specify the rights of the bondholders and any actions that the issuer is obligated to perform or prohibited from performing.） 比如说规定了我们股利支付不能超过百分十多少，一些比率不能超过或者小于一个具体的数 等等这些具体的内容。
