圆同学本题我认为答案有问题，是2019版教材394页的第14题，匹配来自各地的买卖，AC都是可以实现的。答案解析中，说A是发生的交易所，但本题题干并未要求交易发生的地方。 请解析本题是不是设计的有问题？？

题干中有说到initiated from various location，也就是交易发生在不同的地方的意思。A是交易只能在交易所内。

本题的答案在2019版教材398页，A选项的解析是come from C选项是initiated from。
两者的具体区别是什么？？从字面意思到实务意思，分别说一下，谢谢
