Bingo同学你好。1. back-tested data 指的是回测的数据。比如现在有个模型，用实际的收益去验证这个模型好不好所的数据。
2. Not misrepresent past performance or reasonably expected performance. 不应当错误展示过去的业绩，也不应当错误展示自己合理期望中的业绩。简而言之，就是不能不当展示业绩。
3. Terminated portfolio指的是已经终止、结束的投资组合。
