根据题目的意思说投资者买了一个25年期coupon rate为10%的债券，预计五年后卖出时的yield是9%，问此时卖出的价格是多少？债券的面值为1000，这个就是他的FV，此时让求五年后的卖出价格就是PV。用计算器五键法，N=25-5=20, PMT=1000*10%=100， I/Y=9%, FV=1000，就可以求出PV了。
900买入价在这里是无关项。
