啊同学第17个句子句尾是不是应该加上should be complied with.这个句子简化一下，应该是seek guidance From organization when uncertain about which laws in conducted business in jurisdictions.最后以about which law结尾感觉很奇怪。是不是后面应该加上should be Complete with？？？！

Bingo17这个点整段都省略了主语。ethics科目中的主语一般是candidates and members。
所以uncertain前面省略了“candidates and members are”
ethics里面很多准则都是这种风格。
