这里是在考察disclosure的问题，基本上不会在真题中考到。
The notes generally include stated and effective interest rates, maturity dates, restrictions imposed by creditors (covenants), and collateral pledged (if any).
2.是进入一个合同，2016年才开始实施，所以不用披露。
1.在IFRS下应该是要披露的。
