Bingo同学你好。在本题情境中，基金经理为客户挑选brokerage的时候，是站在客户的角度考虑问题的，券商提供的服务又好又便宜，the brokerage firm who provide this information offers the lowest commissions for trades and provides best execution，所以本题并不违规。

但题目有这句话，This information is not of value in managing the Jack Corporation account, however, it does help in managing several other accounts. 这就说明基金经理的出发点不是为了这个公司的value着想，而是为了其他账户的管理，已经不是100%为这个公司忠诚了，lowest fee和best execution只是附带争取回来的。原则上他在最根本的想法上已经违规了，这点是我所不能理解的

你好。诚然如你所说，这名manager另有所想。但只要他为客户寻求到了best execution和best price，那就没有损害到客户利益。大原则是看客户和雇主利益是否因此受损。
