it states that all else equal excepted for interest and dividends. we know that EPS =( net income -dividend to preference shareholder) /number of outstanding share, so according to the information above, i dont think we can make any conclusion on how EPS changes. Also, if all dividends are paid to ordinary shareholders, EPS should remain the same. could you please explain ?
