涵同学Financing costs are not included in a cash flow calculation but are considered in the calculation of the discount rate.老师未来现金流折现求和里面不就有discount rate吗？所以这句话说的cash flow calculation和calculation of the discount rate说的不就是一个东西？为什么会有Financing考虑在折现率计算而不考虑在现金流计算？这不应该都属于未来现金流折现求和吗？

Sophie同学你好，
如图NPV的公式，分母中的k就是折现率，就是financing cost
而分子CF的计算是不用考虑financing cost，因为分母已经考虑过了
