不是的。
1.当激励费独立于管理费收取，在计算incentive fees时是不需要减去管理费的。而对于hurdle rate，如果是soft不需要减去。hard 需要减去。
2.没有题目中说他是net of fees，在计算incentive fees时是需要减去管理费的。如果是hard hurdle rate那么需要减去hurdle rate。如果是soft就不需要。
