涵同学四表一注的note与之前学的Other relevant information里的“financial notes and supplementary schedules是一个东西吗？还是其余的MD&A和proxy statement等等，这些是在哪张表里的，other relevant information应该不是一张表吧？

Sinny同学你好，note就是other information里面的financial notes
其次MD&A和proxy statement并不是在报表中，而是在财务报告当中进行体现
other information并不是一张表，而是在财报中体现的非报表的其他信息
