张同学请问为什么在expensing里面的NI-first year 是lower，而capitalizing里NI-first year是higher呢？不是因为有lower income volatility 会使first year NI 变小吗

你想，因为expense费用化，我的总费用更高了，那么相比资本化，扣减的费用多，NI是更低的。
