FV相当于是Face value，原版书上有关face value的定义是这样说的：
The face value of a T-bill is the amount the US government promises to pay back to a T-bill investor. In buying a T-bill, investors pay the face amount less the discount, and receive the face amount at maturity.
本题没有给coupon的数值，所以也很难判断是用1000还是100，你可以看视频的解析，求解过程中，其实用1000和100是没有差别的，最终得出的结果是一样的。
