Bond payable (B/S liability of a bond) ，是指bond这个负债的账面价值。他是由未来应付的本金和利息折现而来的。
而interest expense是利息费用，是用bond payable at the beginning of the period *market rate of interest of the bond at issuance得来的。简单来说是指问投资者借的钱的要求回报利息。
