Bingo同学你好。当事人在自己报告中有说明：“In his reports, Sulzberg attributes the model to both the quantitative analyst and himself.”
他已经对外告知这个模型是别人和他自己一起弄出来的。所以Sulzberg并没有剽窃别人的model。
