Avila被要求hold any securities she recommends for the fund in her own account as well。但是由于他的账户认购金额比较小，他怕自己买不上，于是combines the transactions with those of the hedge fund来确保自己能够交易。这种做法会使得他优先于部分客户交易。所以违反priority of transactions。
