温同学老师你好，这道题里面，你说Loss on sale of equipment 不属于现金流，但是在75题有同样的科目，又是算到了FCFE里面，所以这不是互相矛盾了吗？

loss on sale of equipment是不属于现金流。这里是用了CFO间接法。
CFO = NI + noncash expenses (e.g., depreciation and amortization), - G/+L from nonoperating items – change in net working capital.
由于loss on sale of equipment是不属于现金流。但是他抵减了NI。因此要在计算CFO中加回。
并不矛盾。

CFO= NI+NCC-WCINV，所以要加上NCC(非现金流的），但是NCC全称是Non Cash Cost吗？NCC是不是只包括Non cash的expense和Gain and Loss from non-operating items 呢？

请看我上面那个详细的公式，第一调整NCC是指非现金费用。第二调整非经营活动G/L，non-operating G/L。第三调整WC.
