周同学请问，这里的unit sales volume相当于DOL的分母，operating risk相当于DOL的分子，因为分子变化百分比和分母变化百分比相同，所以DOL也相等，c就是DOL的概念。是这么理解的么？

不是这么理解的。
C本身就是DOL的定义：销售量变动而引起的EBIT的变动程度。DOL同时也是衡量operating risk的量化方式，题中说了operating risk相同，所以DOL相同，而C说的就是DOL，所以才选C。
