苏同学计算DFL只能用ebit的方式吗 revenue10-变动成本4.5的差=5.5 除以 revenue 10 - 变动成本 4.5- 利息 1 =4.5 这个结果 1.22 和ebit方向算出来的DFL不一样？ 为什么会不一样呢 ，不太理解

因为你分子分母漏减了fixed operating costs。
EBIT (operating income)=revenues-variable operating costs-fixed operating costs.
