刘同学为什么说ETF 的 the gain from sale is not a distribution，怎么区分是不是distribution？Open-end 和 close-end mutual 的gain from sale 是distribution吗？

Dean同学你好，在投资ETF的时候，主要收益来源是资本利得，那这个是由投资者自己所决定的，不涉及分配的问题。
而distribution 更多的是由mutual fund在基金经理如何分配收益的问题。
后面两个open&close-end fund 在持有过程中是有可能会收到相应分红的，所以它可能会有 distribution。
但是sale 这件事请的话还是有投资者自己决定的，sale 是没有distribution。
这个distribution是被动的收到收益。
