a是说优先股可以call也可以put，
callable preference是指公司可以赎回的优先股；
putable preference是指优先股股东可以把优先股回售给公司。
c优先股股东不分享公司的收益。
优先股的收益类似于债券，是固定收益，所以对公司的利润等没有分配权。
