FCF after dividend= FCF before dividend－dividend.
FCF before dividend= NI+depreciation/Amortization-increase (plus decrease) in non-cash
working capital -capital expenditures.
或者也可以近似计算FCF before dividend=cash flow from operating activities-capital expenditures.
文中已知CFO, dividend, capital expenditure 直接计算就可以了。

net capital expenditure在CFI里面（表7）， net capital expenditure= Proceeds from sale of property and equipment + additions to property and equipment。 所以COMPANY X=-1+0.2=-0.8
Dividend在CFF里面. dividends to shareholders.
