不是，“|T.S| > CV”是双尾检验的通用规则，不区分左尾或右尾。
双尾检验的决策规则：“when critical t-values = ±2.069. Reject the null if the calculated t-statistic is less than −2.069, and reject the null if the calculated t-statistic is greater than +2.069.”
这等价于：如果 |t-statistic| > 2.069，则拒绝原假设。因为：
