anina老师你好，不是很明白，是既可以按照FIFO的原则也可以按照订单大小同比例分配来决定该分配给每个客户的价格吗？那为什么又说按相同的执行价格在参与客户之间平均分配？这个话题感觉完全不懂，，， 另外，across the participating client accounts at the same execution price 是什么意思？

1）FIFO原则：比如A比B先申购份额，那么就先分配给A。
2）pro rata on order size：比如A和B申购比例是3:4,那么就按照这个比例分配。
3）相同的执行价格：假设A和B申购的对象相同，比如A申购，每股20块，那么也应该给B同样的价格。
以上这三种情况彼此并不矛盾。
4）across the participating client accounts at the same execution price前面还有小半句，在题目里，全句是allocate the execution prices across the participating client accounts at the same execution price，就是说要给客户相同的执行价格。
