Amy同学你好，正因为应收账款是应该从顾客处收到的钱但是现在还没收到，也就是顾客欠公司的钱，所以若这笔钱上升，说明顾客当期又多欠了公司一笔钱，说明顾客当期少给了公司cash，也就是公司当期collected from customers的cash又少了；反之，若应收账款下降，说明当期collected from customers的cash增加了。
