同学你好，IPS有以下几个部分：
Introduction：describes the client
Statement of Purpose：states the purpose of the IPS
Statement of Duties and Responsibilities：各方的责任和义务
Procedures： explains the steps to take to keep the IPS 
Investment Objectives：通常指的是return和risk；
Investment Constraints.：如time horizon，tax，legal，liquidity，unique；
Investment Guidelines：provides information about how policy should be executed，如：是否允许使用杠杆、衍生品，以及不允许投资的特定类型资产（如果有的话）
Evaluation and Review：投资结果反馈指引
Appendices: 包括Strategic Asset Allocation和 Rebalancing Policy.
