This is the same as a finance lease. 我的疑问是：截图2中，写的却是，在finance lease中，现金流区分CFO和CFI，利息归为CFO，本金归为CFI？我的提问是：书P618-Example 4-最后一问，为什么也是跟第1张PPT的说法一样，finance lease和operating lease下，都归类为CFO, 但是根据截图2，finance lease下，站在lessor出租人的角度，需要区分CFO和CFI?

lessor角度，就是收到的租金就全是CFO。
