He delays revising his recommendation on the stock from “hold” to “buy” to allow his brother to buy shares at the current price.
他推迟了将对该股的推荐评级从“持有”调整为“买入”，以便他的兄弟能够以当前价格买入该股。
brother如果正常付费当然视同普通客户，但是也不能因为某个普通客户提前买入，就推迟告知其他客户评级更改。这是绝对违反priority of transaction的。
