同学你好，Mintzberg组织架构模型知识点已在2023-2024考纲中删除，所以上课不讲这个知识点，同学可以作为补充知识了解。
明茨伯格把企业的组织结构分成5各部分。
1. 战略决策层（strategic apex）
Ensures the organisation follows its mission 
Manages the organisation´s relationship with the environment
战略层是企业最高的层级，它的作用是确保组织履行其使命，管理组织与外部环境的关系。 

2．中间层（middle line）
Converts the desires of the strategic apex into the work done by the operating core.
中间层是战略层跟运营层（高层和基层）的一个桥梁，一个传话筒，将战略高层的愿望转化为运营核心所做的工作。 

3. 运营层（operating core）
The operating core is the people directly involved in the production of the goods and services that the organisation produces.
运营层就是基层员工，是直接参与组织产品和服务生产的人员。

这三个层级是自上而下的一个结构，除了这条主线，企业还有两个辅助性的结构。

4. 技术分析层（technostructure）
Analysers determine the best way of doing a job. Planners determine outputs (eg goods must achieve a specified level of quality). Personnel analysts standardise skills (eg training programmes).
技术分析层人员为其他层提供技术支持、分析支持，决定工作的最佳方式。计划人员决定产出（如货物必须达到规定的质量水平)，人事分析员使技能标准化（如培训程序）。
